Who is Yuri?
As I crossed the street yesterday, I heard a man shout out "hey, Yuri!". At least that's what it sounded like. I spun around to see a bald man in his car, waving and giving me an enthusiastic thumbs-up. Looking around, it was clear that he was, indeed, addressing me. Just why, was not so clear. I am not now, nor have I ever been, called Yuri. Nor have I ever played the role of Yuri. (That goes for both professional and private-in-the-comfort-of-my-own-home performances) Nevertheless, a strange man was excited to see who he thought was Yuri. Really excited. All this prompts a few questions: Who is the real Yuri? Why does he wear my clothes? And what was he doing with "Thumbs-Up" Baldy? Only time will tell...

Somehow this reminds me of my day today. My friend Brian and I were staying after school ,because he was teaching me the xylophone and the viberphone. (I'm a band geek xD and since I have played piano for 6 years my director wanted me playing something other than the clarinet, chello, violin, and trombone) We were waiting outside and every time someone drove by Brian would make silly comments ... somewhat mean ones too. Here is what happened... Some HUGE bald man had his window down.(he had one of those creepy vans) And, all of a sudden, the man stops driving and turns around. Brian and I were like o.o and we ran. The man circled around like 3 times and chased us. We were so scared. Then, he catches up and wants to know if we wanted to donate to the high school for the families that lost their kids from that bus that crashed yesterday... ironic ... we thought he was going to kill us... then again he could and sell us to science...>.> what a strange day.
